My air conditioning... (Verified Renter) My air conditioning stopped working at the hottest time of the day, which could have been a big deal, but Lee identified and fixed the issue very quickly. Carlos and his team always do an excellent job, and are always polite, courteous, and professional ... we?re lucky to have such a talented team here.

The water pressure... (Verified Renter) The water pressure in the shower is not very high. It takes a while to fill up the bath tub. Also, the ice-maker in the freezer leaves the ice with residue/particles in it. It is not very clean.

It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a quiet and safe place to live. Maintenance is handled promptly and is done well. The office and other residents are not intrusive. The grounds are well-kept, and in the rare instances I have seen litter, if I do not pick it up myself I have not seen it just stay there. The residents (at least in my building) are respectful of their surroundings and neighbors.

The Maintenance crew... (Verified Renter) The Maintenance crew and service here is amazing, but the valet trash service is horrible. They did not pick up our trash 7 times within a 3 month period. If this continues, we will look for another apartment because we are paying a lot of money for a service that we are not receiving.
