Location is amazing... (Verified Renter) Location is amazing & pricing is good for the area. We love that there are communuty events! Landscaping is always wonderful. Day to day living here really is nice! However, my husband & I have signed dozens of leases and we both agreed this leasing process was the worst we've ever encountered. It may have just been the fault of our particular leasing agent, as she was new at the time. Overall, I would recommend the Vinings as a place to call home.

Good location, cheaper... (Verified Renter) Good location, cheaper than some places around, bit of a pain with all the construction going on around the area. Also seems to be great at quick fixes hoping people won't notice.

while price is... (Verified Renter) while price is in line with area, it is way too much for apts. that are 20-30 years old versus the ones built within past 3 years nearby

I had recommended... (Verified Renter) I had recommended this apartments to many of my friends. The only things they are not comfortable with are 1. they don't find the kids play area and 2. they don't find the microwave.

Although the complex... (Verified Renter) Although the complex is a bit older and not as well polished as the newer complexes being built around it, it is a cozy location in a woo Ed setting that helps you feel like your not living in a crowded city but still being concur toy located to a lot of local hot spots. However, I would recommend to negotiate a lower monthly rate as the complexes charm does not equate to the rental prices, that can be found in the newer complexes they are trying to compete with.

I tell people... (Verified Renter) I tell people about this complex constantly. Honestly it's he best complex I've ever lived at. The staff and maintenance team are great, the apartments are ina good condition, and I really like the area and the proximity to all the theme parks. Wonderful place. I tell as any people as possible about it.

The leasing professionals... (Verified Renter) The leasing professionals are very courteous and the location is nice. But there is no dog noise/barking policy only breed restrictions.
