Good complex, okay mgmt/maintenance I've been living here for two years now. This is a very nice complex and a very safe area. The amenities are nice and I like living in the complex. Unfortunately they have started raising their prices due to new complexes put in nearby, and it is well worth your money to go with these new complexes rather than the Vinings if you were going to pay the same price either way. The Vinings at Westwood These apartments are located in a central location, yet offers the quiet and privacy you need away from the crazy Orlando traffic, theme parks, etc. It's conveniently located right by a the bus stop too. It's a quiet neighborhood, kid friendly as I see people taking walks in the evenings and kids riding their bikes. Staff is courteous and if you have an issue, they are quick to resolve it.

The Vinings at Westwood This apartment community is located in one of Orlando's beautifully established communities. The residents, management, and amenities are on par with most other rental complexes. The landscape surrounding the area is full of trees, ponds, and a recently sold golf course. Maintenance crews are wonderful and do fix most things as soon as they are able to do so. If ever there is a problem, management most always listens and responds in kind. Vinings at Westwood Awesome!! I've lived at the Vinings at Westwood little over a year. When I first came to the leasing office the staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff is always a phone call away. The apartment complex is great and quite. Everyone in my building is extremely nice even one guy helped my roommate and I move in. They make me feel safe because they hired an off duty officer. I have no sense of urgency to move out of this complex once my lease is up. We just signed another 13 month lease.

Peaceful Cove The Vinnings at Westword is a hidden secret. I moved. here three years ago after selling my home. The property is situated right in the middle of a golf course. The management team immediately made me feel at home! The amenities are awesome and well kept! The best thing about the property is its location. We are close to all the major attractions yet it doesn't have that tourist area feel! Three years later I don't want to leave!
