All of the people that we saw from start to finish were very professional, courteous, and committed to helping us. Our regular nurse Ellen was a great help to me in making decisions concerning my mother in getting the help she needed at the end as well as all throughout the time she came for her weekly visits. The same for the social worker Sarah who arranged for all that was needed to help transfer my mother to the group home after she had her stroke.
