I am a very understanding person, I understand things are different post COVID. I briefly used you facility for a Respite Break. The experience was ok. My Mom was supposed to have 5 days with you ALL. Someone from within cut-it short. Her personal aides would come in to shower and sit with her. They stated the care was questionable. Anyway, thank you for briefing caring for my Mom while I got some much needed rest. Unfortunately, should I have to repeat a break she will not return there. Sincerely, Mrs. Marylyn Br... read more

I find the Three Oaks Hospice experience. AMAZING 🤩 Dedication from Top to Bottom. It has made our family life so special and bearable. Emily very quick and responsive with follow up. Patiently listened to my long winded answers! Genuine in her interest in learning about our dad Lea also awesome in her interest in our dad and his well being. The initial nurse whose name escapes me was quick to fill me in on her initial visit with our dad
