I am a very understanding person, I understand things are different post COVID. I briefly used you facility for a Respite Break. The experience was ok. My Mom was supposed to have 5 days with you ALL. Someone from within cut-it short. Her personal aides would come in to shower and sit with her. They stated the care was questionable.
