We first had the angels from Denton office which were all great!!! I moved my Mom on July 30 to a home in Frisco so we had a smooth transition to the Dallas office. I have been pleased as to the compassion these people have to not only my Mom but me as the responsible family member.

The team was very attentive and helpful through this difficult time. Becky (Lewisville) went well above and beyond to help us find appropriate accommodations for our loved one, and Joe Johnson helped us prepare for the transition in a very gracious and empathetic way.

The care manager, nurses and aides were all very professional and caring. They answered all my questions and explained all procedures thoroughly. When I called the after hours number, they answered promptly and took care of my issue quickly. I couldn’t have asked for better care.
