The team was very attentive and helpful through this difficult time. Becky (Lewisville) went well above and beyond to help us find appropriate accommodations for our loved one, and Joe Johnson helped us prepare for the transition in a very gracious and empathetic way.

The care manager, nurses and aides were all very professional and caring. They answered all my questions and explained all procedures thoroughly. When I called the after hours number, they answered promptly and took care of my issue quickly. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Carla and Tamika made all the difference with Dad's transition. He and we all loved them both so much for their caring and love they gave us all. Never once did I feel like we were alone with our loved one. Losing my dad was so much easier with the people at Three Oaks.
