Get directionsAll of the people that we saw from start to finish were very professional, courteous, and committed to helping us. Our regular nurse Ellen was a great help to me in making decisions concerning my mother in getting the help she needed at the end as well as all throughout the time she came for her weekly visits. I would definitely recommend this hospice to those in need of help with t... read more

The Nurses Mrian and Andrea, Manager Sherry, Social worker Constance fail when it comes to reporting that the caregiverd at Ariel Pointe are causing injuries to my sister LS. When they see that facility caregivers are injuring her, they don't report to the authorities. Instead Andrea said I should forget the past. The injuries still exist and are painful to my sister. Their licenses require them to report abuse. Sherry and Constance told me to move her. That is not a solution to get rid of people who have harmed elderly ... read more

After choosing hospice in a facility rather than at home, my wife was quickly shipped off to "the best facility you could ever want," which turned out to be a room in the Alzheimer's wing of a nursing home. We arrived on a Friday evening and discovered that there were... read more

Considering I fired your company 3 days before my husband passed, my review would be that your employees are unfit to take care of the dying!!!!
