Very professional staff; they were very attentive to our dad’s needs and listen to the family during difficult times. The staff was always checking on the family and made us Feel we were their priority.

The Nurses Mrian and Andrea, Manager Sherry, Social worker Constance fail when it comes to reporting that the caregiverd at Ariel Pointe are causing injuries to my sister LS. Their licenses require them to report abuse. Sherry and Constance told me to move her. That is not a solution to get rid of people who have harmed elderly ... read more

Considering I fired your company 3 days before my husband passed, my review would be that your employees are unfit to take care of the dying!!!!

Do not hire them. They deserted my mom when she became end of life, and she suffered unnecessarily during death. I’m filing formal complaints with Medicare, Health and Human Services, and the Texas Board Of Nursing.

As I told the nurse the coordinator etc, you guys rushed into choosing hospice without explaining the process and the family had no idea what the expectations were I hope I. The future if we must choose this type of care the next company explains everything from the first step.
