My family was pleased with our mother’s care during her final days. Mom’s passing happened quickly. Everyone from 3 Oaks was very professional and compassionate. A small issue arose perhaps a misunderstanding, but between mom’s personal care giver and Kandi Walker everything went smoothly after that. The night nurses during mom’s 24/7 watch were very patient and did an excellent job of explaining to my dad and family what was happening. Three Oaks was such a blessing to trust with the care of my Mom for the last year or so of her life, and the love and support they shared with her brought her so much joy and comfort during this hard and transitional time. From the intake process with Ashleigh, and the above-and-beyond care she received from Cristina and Lorrie, as well as Dave the Chaplin and Ally the social worker, Three Oaks became family. Our nurse, Teresa, is exemplary in every way! She is always dependable and communicative; and goes above board to see to our needs! Amad takes care of any nursing needs, supplying and organizing his prescriptions, doing vitals, and appraising Richard’s physical state.
