Our Entire Family, especially our sweet Mama, was extremely blessed by the care we received through Three Oaks Palliative and Hospice Care. Beginning with Ashleigh W. who personally met us at the hospital multiple times to help take care of intro and paperwork; to Dr. Nation, and then finally our Angel Nurse Jennifer L.! Three oaks staff has always been helpful and considerate. They take good care of my husband. I’ve had a few bad ones in the past but the ones I have now like Martha and Bill and Rebecca as nurses and Destiny are all so good to both my husband and me.
Yke our nurse is always responsive and up to date on mom’s condition. Appreciate the bath aide that ensures mom is clean and groomed and has her supplies. Could use improvement in a couple of areas: communication to facility if bath aide is not coming or is late so they can help get mom up and dressed and communicating with James L West pharmacy on moms drug list so I am not billed for meds covered by hospice. Finally, I don’t understand why hospice costs billed to Medicare are so much higher than previous hospice. Hopefully... read more
Everything was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. I just wish they would have come to help me move him to change sheet when he threw up all over the bed. . I was told to call lift assist with fire department and they were not too happy to assist.
Great!! Nurse Queen Betty, Jaiden and Bill are wonderful. Jaiden provides us with our needed supplies; nurses, Betty and Bill, provide good health care for my husband Carl. We are pleased!!!
