My mother's death process was not what I was emotionally, mentally, or physically prepared for. As my mom's health had declined, I had actually joined some Facebook support groups, and I was terrified because so many complained about the lack of support from their hospice providers. The staff at Three Oaks Hospice is top shelf, the best I could hope for in this challenging time of caring for my wife of over 4 decades. They are always responsive, caring and cooperative in scheduling and performing their duties for my wife who suffers from late stage Alzheimer's. Hats off to the whole team.
I now receive enough supplies for my husband. That is very nice. I have a kind and caring nurse and CNA. This is very nice.
Thankfully my brother wasn't in hospice very long, less than two days. But in that short time, the hospice staff was patient, kind, and listened to our concerns.
