The initial signup interview was excellent. Agency Social Worker has visited and provided assistance when needed. I receive updates by phone/texts after nurse/aide visits! They are very genuine and caring, easy to work with. Am very happy with their methods and services.

Three Oaks does everything right. Toni the nurse., Angela, the CNA, Jessica, VA Social Worker, and Leah the Chaplin are all the best possible people we could have. The office takes care of our calls. And the supply company takes care of us. Couldn’t be happier.

My daughter and I had been trying to find suitable accommodations for my wife without luck. Nurse Courtney got her an emergency admission when her visit coincided with bring her home from an emergency visit to the hospital after having fallen and spending the night on the floor. We are forever grateful.

Overall our experience with Three Oaks has been wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and caring, which is vey important. My grandmother enjoys all of her visits.

The care by my aide and nurse have always been great and the ability for consistency to be able to have same providers to keep routine and continuity is what I like the best. My aide is familiar with my adl’s and it makes care much easier. Would recommend Three Oaks hospice to anyone in need of services.
