Great staff, great communication, and awesome care for my father who passed in March, but now my mom is in your care and she and our family is very pleased with 3 Oaks Hospice.
We receive professional and timely care from nursing, the DME supplier, CNA care, and pharmacy deliveries. We appreciate the compassionate and experienced nurses, and the coordination of care from the physician through the whole team.
