Your staff has been responsive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They take direction based on our needs and they are very respectful of our wishes. I know I can call at any time of the day or night and get assistance. I am my husband’s caregiver and I am grateful for the services provided to me and my husband by Three Oaks Hospice.
I have been overly around by the fact that you have been so efficient and help us so very much since you transferred from hospice to Three Oaks Hospice. Efficient ,, You are caring, and you’ve met everyone since we’ve been with you. I can’t get over, loving and caring the nurses and the Aids, especially Reina.. Alex has gone above and beyond for us. The doctor has supplied over me, but we needed. And they are always available for me when I need them. I highly recommend 3 Oaks hospice.
The staff we have Shannon, Monique and Andrew are very supportive for my mother and sister. They give us emotional support and always willing to assist us when needed. We truly appreciate them because I know some days can be very challenging.

Our Entire Family, especially our sweet Mama, was extremely blessed by the care we received through Three Oaks Palliative and Hospice Care. Beginning with Ashleigh W. who personally met us at the hospital multiple times to help take care of intro and paperwork; to Dr. Nation, and then finally our Angel Nurse Jennifer L.!
