Brought my Bassett Hound in for a follow up visit. They could have easily taken me for a boatload of money. On the first visit they told me the follow up would be between $500 and $700. After examining him they told me how pleased they were with his progress. The bill came to about $150! Wow, I was so relieved. Big shout out to Haley and Glen for being so helpful.

I have been bringing my dog June to Terrell plaza since she was about 1. always felt tense with every VT till today we meant Hayley ! she was very kind and genuine! she made our the appointment smooth and not scary! I give her 5 stars!

Carol took great care of me and my fur baby. She was attentive and knowledgeable. Staff was friendly. I will be returning to this location.
Again, this location offers me and my fur babies everything we need. Michelle, LVT, and all staff are just so warm, welcoming, and above all knowledgeable. We had a teeth cleaning and as usual, there were no issues. Thank you Thrive Terrell Plaza Staff
Veterinarian was very well informed and helpful and making decisions for my dog. Facility itself was very clean sterile and smelled nice services. Staff were very friendly and able to accommodate me with my dogs's wellness visit and vaccine update

I brought my best friend of 17.5 years here for the end of life procedure. The receptionist moved us as quickly as she could into a room. The tech that was with us the whole time was absolutely phenomenal. I wish I knew her name but I will never forget her. They allowed us to have as much time as we needed and never once tried to rush us. It was an incredibly awful day but our tech definitely helped. Our vet tech London was very helpful, friendly, and patient. Our frenchie has been having flare ups of allergies and they were very informative and understanding.
I had the pleasure of working with the most AMAZING vet tech London!! She was so patient and knowledgeable. I will certainly be bringing my baby back here to see her!! Plus she came through with the follow up call!!
