I have been a customer of thrive affordable pet care on Austin highway in Terrell plaza for at least two years. I have five rescue animals; three dogs and two cats. I pay monthly fees for my animals and the customer service has always been a bit sketchy, but I continued to go there because it's economical and the veterinarian was really nice. Affordable it is not. Quoted $1,000.00 for a, (one), tooth removal and $550.00 for a skin tag/blister removal. Beware these employee, friends, and family reviews. Agree with one review, MAYBE ok for vaccinations but way too expensive for regular folks that don't have $$ to burn. The vet I used across town for microchipping and neutering, (at a genuine affordable price), quoted $60.00 for the skin procedure. I'll be sticking with them even for a thirty minutes drive. And beware the "upselling" of other services.

May be useful for check ups or vaccine visits but do not waste your time and money in this place when your pet is sick. I took my dog over 4 times for the same skin issue and they weren't able to help us just charge us with shots and medicine that only nom the problem for a couple of weeks. Friendly staff.
