Word to the wise purchase the warranty they try to sell you because most likely no matter how new and low of miles the vehicle has it has an issue. After purchasing a 2021 for expedition with 61000 miles kept hearing a noise in the front end only to find out it was the front differential out. Being 1000 miles over factory warranty I’m stuck covering the cost of the repair this is just 1 week after purchase. Picture is the fluid from front differential
Purchase a car, and after we got home, we discovered it had a broken fog light , two bald tires on the back . and we Kept hearing a noise ..had it checked out and it had a swaybar link that was was broken. They should have known this . Honesty is greatly appreciated.
Inquired on the phone about a vehicle. They were friendly as could be, but insisted I come down so they could inspect my vehicle for trade in value before starting any paperwork. I made a 4 hour trip, only for them to try to scare me saying my vehicle wasn’t worth anything because my vehicles transmission was going bad. So they offered me $1500 for my vehicle, which would knock down my finance price to 23,000. They came back telling me my payment would be $575, if you do the math, that totals financing around 28,800! What?! ... read more
This place is a complete JOKE. I had cash on hand and was willing to make a deal over the phone. Called them to let them know I was coming and it wasn’t until I got there that they mention it was making a noise. Wasted my time and I guess because I’m female they thought I’d be dumb enough to buy it since I made the drive anyways. The manager had the nerve to say “cars do that you know” (speaking about them making an AWFUL noise this particular vehicle was making) no sir no they don’t. I bought a truck back in July. It had a check engine light on and I knew it was something that needed fixed and asked if they would fix it. They cleared the code and said it wasn’t coming back so it must not be an issue. I tried getting it in writing that it was fixed but they refused (I should have known issue wasn’t fixed.) I was then told if it did come back it was covered by the powertrain warranty through Dodge, which also turned out to not be true. Awful experience. Drove 3 hours to look at a truck and ends up having 4 mismatched tires around it. Sales Manager was a jerk, probably the most disrespectful dealership we’ve ever been to. Do not recommend, waste of time.
Their salesman will lie you right into a vehicle you don’t want, and shove you out the door with a number to their lawyer. Please do not waste your time with these horrible people. I’ve never been so disrespected at a place of business. I’ve dealt with more professional human beings at buy here pay here lots, with a lot less stress and negligence. we was lied to was told that we was the second owner found we was the 4th owner they also stated that the car was never been in a accident but it was. the service department screwed my locks up and what charge us again to fix it.
