My son tried to buy a Mazda CX 5 from them and they jerked him around for 4 days. He was in Lexington but car was in Middlesboro. He asked if they could bring it to Lexington and they said no. This dealership is AWFUL and shady, no one knows anything and they don't stand by there word. I would not buy anything from them, cause you'll probably be in the same predicament as me. Went to this dealership on Tuesday the 14th to look for a car to surprise my Fiance for his birthday. To whom it may concern, On July 16, 2020, I was in contact with Glen Hobbs by cellular telephone number (606)246-0085 about a 2016 white GMC Denali. We agreed on terms (see attachment) of purchasing said vehicle that afternoon. I sure hope Tim short of Middlesbro is more reliable than hazard. I was lied to for a week straight. Do not purchase a vehicle from here- I inquired about a vehicle on Thursday... pointed out differences between 2 different vehicles. The dealership then raises the price by $5500 overnight... The sales associate was very rude today. I would have never purchased the vehicle simple based off the way we were treated upon arrival today.
Avoid this place if you don't like headaches! After sale support is non-existent. Not at all pleased and will not even consider shopping Tim Short again. To think that you charge a $500 dealer fee only to not fix or even recognize your own mistakes. Good luck with that philosophy.
Never shopped there but know the guy that runs it, first rate crook and con!
Don‘t be misled by low price-they have an extremely high doc. fee. (nearly 6% on a $12,500 vehicle) with zero negotiation off website price.
make sure their cars meet federal emissions standards before they sell it. sold me 2017 charger scatpack with no catalytic converters
