Recommendedpurchase went smooth but was sold a truck with transmissions issues and was not informed then they stated we refused the warrenty when it was not offered. they do not kike taking responsibility for their faulty vehicles.

Well folks my experience was okay at first. Talked with Kasey Lunsford internet sales about a couple trucks. Asked about one without pictures SRT10 if it was on the lot to look at and she said it was the owners truck. I said I would be there to look at the trucks between 4 and 5 pm. I get there talk to a salesman Wilkie. He says Kasey stays in back. So he goes to look for the keys of the trucks. Let's see where to start... Bought an 2017 infiniti qx60 with 43k miles. Very nice car. They had to bring it from Lexington on a trailer. When we first started it there was a white smoke coming out of the pipe and when we asked the salesman he told us it was because the car hadn't been started in a while (our fault on this we took his word for it). DO NOT purchase from this dealership or any other associated with it. They have the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!
They are absolutely awful!! Will not work with you, I see why they have a lot full of vehicle.
I recently bought a brand new 2021 Ram 1500 at Tim Short. It came with some decals on it that I was clear that I did not like and would be removing when I got home. They never offered to remove the stickers for me while I was there for at least 3 hours actually purchasing the truck. After I got home, I carefully removed the decals and found a HUGE scratch under the middle of the big decal on the hood. Best place to get screwed on a vehicle. Sold a vehicle unknown to me and hidden by them with title issues now worth half of what I give. just recently could have gotten my family killed because they used the wrong lugnuts on the wheels and broke off a wheel stud then hid it all with the center caps. Thankfully we weren't on the highway when the others broke and the wheel almost came off. also sold my dad a $50k truck that had a check engine light on before we got home. they cleared the code and lied about what caused it. These people are absolutely awful! Don’t go here go somewhere else ! I purchased a truck back last June and was charged for a warranty that I didn’t want or ask for . In late July I had a friend Look over my paperwork because I couldn’t figure out why they tacked on so much money . Sure enough they had added on a car warranty that was never discussed with me .
