Tim Shorts in Middlesboro KY is the worst dealership I’ve ever encountered. I purchased a $100,000 Jeep Trackhawk from them in 2018. On Dec 14 2020 I took my car in to be serviced..it needed an oil change and a transfer case, I told them what issues I was having and they agreed it was a transfer case. So they CLAIMED they were going to put an new one in at a cost of 3700 (which they billed to my warranty). BEWARE!! We bought a used truck from them a month ago. Paid full price at $13, 200 plus tax. The NEXT morning, check engine light came on. Took truck to local Ford Dealership, and was told the spark plugs needed replaced.It has a cylinder 3 misfire. Tim Short Chrysler finally agreed to pay for this since the truck was sold with a problem. It took a long conversation and it was not easy to get them to cover the spark plugs. Seen a truck that I liked and wanted to talk to them about. Kasey texted me and we had discussed the truck. The dealer was a couple hours away so I wanted to try to get some paperwork done to see if all the numbers worked out before going to see the truck. Give them all the info requested for my trade in. they sold us a car that had been recked after telling us that it never had been . we bought a 2018 car and bought 2019 and only had 19.000 miles. found out that we wasn't the second owner wr was #4. the salesmen lied to our face twice. your service department sucks. we paid $ 21.000 for the its o ly worth not even 9.000. they only gave us around 3.000 for our van and turn around and sold over 8.000. stay away be aware
Price was Firm for a whole week , money ready and pick up on Saturday then suddenly BOOM price goes up by 6k . VERY unprofessional! Tengan cuidado , son unos estafadores. This dealership is a scam. My husband and I were talking to them about a brand new truck. Already had approval from our bank for a loan. I took half a day off work to drive 2.5 hrs to purchase the truck and was told that we needed to put down a $500 non refundable deposit. Who in their right mind has $500 they just give someone on something that you may not purchase. Y husband and I called yesterday to get information on a suburban that we were interested in and was planning on coming down today to purchase if everything went smoothly.
