Tim Short Chrysler has given out little town a boost to the economy, and seem to be very easy to work with, I will give them a try when in the market for a new car, I am looking for my son a used car soon.
I have never bought a car from Tim Short Dodge, but I have dealt with Tim Short Automotive in Whitesburg Ky. That being said, I saw an AWESOME Kia Optima in the store parking lot this evening, jet black tinted windows....TOUGH! And guess where it was bought from...you guessed it! Tim Short Dodge!
I will never buy another vehicle from them again I have had nothing but trouble out of mine since I got.took back they kept it a week said they fixed and didn't,.and they won't.never buy a car from them.they will probably delete this but I wanted to post the truth anyways.
So I usually don't do this BUT the service I just received from steve Dixon on a scale from 1-10 it would be a -2. I had and still have cash in hand to pay in full for a vehicle.. granted that no it was not a 20 thousand dollar new car but it was a decent amount. He acted like we bothered him and wasn't into saleing a car. He didn't anwser our ? S and was just plum out hatefull. So I guess i will take my 10 thousand else where.. On a Monday, the dealership scheduled my car to have a transponder key programmed. I had to have the car towed 55 miles to the dealership at a cost to me of 125.00 dollars. I was told the car would be ready Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday the car was not ready and I was told they did not have the key and it would be Thursday. The tow driver left the car and returned home.
