After buying a car from Tim Short in 2011, 5 years ago... my check is being garnished for the taxes not being paid when it was bought!! When he says taxes, tags and ready for the road.. don't believe him!!!!
Bought an '08 Cadillac off this lot a couple weeks ago. Yes the car is very nice, yes it was priced really good, and yes I was aware of the salvaged title, a battery issue and a steering wheel issue. Service Dept has Some VERY RUDE (mainly two people ) working for them. Took my car for update in which had been told Twice that it needed it. Was told it didnt need update so just questioned it an with that came a rude person that thinks cause he has worked on cars for 15 years there that i didnt know what i was talking about an came STORMING IN the door all huffy with an attitude accusing me of calling him stupid in which i did not. I went and no one even offered to see if I needed anything. I realize if they were busy they could have said we are very busy but will be with you as soon as possible; to at least acknowledge me. Toward the end of my visit, one of the salespeople was helping someone and I said sorry to interrupt and asked him a question. He didn't offer to find someone to help me either....
