My daughter needed a vehicle she's going to school and working two jobs she found one she liked I told the salesman Greg that it needed tires (they were almost bald) he said he would get her a set then in a weeks time it changes to he's can only get her a good used set. This place is a joke. I've had my car for 1 year, I had trouble getting tags for my car to start with and its that time again to pay taxes on my car and because they sold my trade in without switching it out of my name I once again have trouble getting my tags.
We have purchased a 2011 KIA off Tim Short in Middleboro, Ky.... going on our 4th month we still haven't received our tags!! come to find out there is a lien on my vehicle, 'Bad business' still trying!! When we purchased they never told us about it we paid CASH Money straight out for this SUV Talking about furious we are Furious!! I'm a disabled person that has worked hard, since I was 15 years old, until 2001. I've owned a 1994 Plymouth Voyager van, since 2004, and it just went to car heaven, from being old. Broke down in front of tim short ,service dep at Hazzard ky. They offered no help what so every. Had to limp back to browns ford to get it fixed . sorry service in history at tim short Hazzard ky.
My husband had his oil changed at the service department a few weeks ago, he noticed that he was leaking oil so when he checked it they put to many quarts of oil in it. They said that it would not hurt to drive it with more than it calls for. Obviously they do not know what they are doing. Thanks for nothing!!! We will never go back there again.
