Con artist. The car my husband and I traded in didn't have one problem. However, they failed to tell us the car we purchased was wrecked and owned by a rental company! We thought we were getting a great deal. I'd never recommend someone to buy from this dealership. I've heard similar situations happening to more than one person. Buyers beware.
My husband and I regret buying our vehicle from Tim Short Middlesboro. We bought a 2013 pathfinder with 35k miles on it and on the way home we noticed a shudder or stalling when we pulled out from a stop sign or red light. We bought it on a Saturday evening and took it back Monday morning to see what we could do. They tried telling us it was "in our heads and we had buyers remorse". Not very happy with this dealer I got approved for a chevy cruze through them and I live 4 hours away from them and couldn't give them an answer that day and I told them I would call them the following morning with my answer and they sold the vehicle that I got approved for and ran my credit for to one of there employees pretty shitty if u ask me so I'd definitely watch them if anyone decides to purchase a vehicle from them they'll never even get another phone call from me
