Verified Renter Times Square Apartments, a great place to live! Office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional. Jewel, Target, Ross and many other stores and restaurants within walking distance. 36 bus on the corner, Red line train nearby. Wonderful place to live. ??

Verified Renter My son and I love living at Times Square Apartments! The office and maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. It’s nice to know that we have people working here that care for our concerns. Also, the renovations have started! Beautiful new hallway carpet, more lighting, nice seating with small tables in lobby and so much more renovations to come.??

Verified Renter With so many apartments to choose from in Chicago, and with so many offering the same amenities, square footage, price points, etc., I knew immediately that i wanted to live at Times Square because the management team , especially Sonja, made me feel as though I would be part of a community and not just another nameless tenant that they have to deal with. They have made me feel welcome, they gone above and beyond for me, and as someone moving in from a women's shelter, they have treated me with respect and dignity and not once did they make me feel judged or less valued than any other applicant and that meant more to me than imaginable.
