My view and opinions of the property. What makes a property amazing and attractive? It is the property Manager and her team. When I got into the building, the management style was remarkable. Anytime I have issues, I received rapid response, prompt attention to my needs. The management team are perfect and beautiful. Wonderful! This apartment is really amazing. They are close to the train and there are a lot of great stores and restaurants within walking distance. They have maintenance and staff on duty almost 24/7 which makes it easy to ask questions and get things fixed! The apartment I'm in has all new carpets and appliances and it's really cool. They also have a gym and a rooftop deck! It's wonderful and my only complaint is the size, but hey. it's Chicago, the apartments are small! They also allow pets which is a nice bonus.
