Amazing staff The office staff is amazing. When ever I have a problem, which is rarely the management is on top of it. They are so nice and considerate, they take the time out of their day to make sure you are okay. Any management that takes time out to make sure their residents are fine is a big plus for me. I love my apartment super big, not a fan of carpet but it will do. Location is amazing, takes me about 15 minutes to get to work. Perfect location to bars, restaurants and wrigley field. My view and opinions of the property. What makes a property amazing and attractive? It is the property Manager and her team. When I got into the building, the management style was remarkable. Anytime I have issues, I received rapid response, prompt attention to my needs. The management team are perfect and beautiful. Wonderful! This apartment is really amazing. They are close to the train and there are a lot of great stores and restaurants within walking distance. They have maintenance and staff on duty almost 24/7 which makes it easy to ask questions and get things fixed! The apartment I'm in has all new carpets and appliances and it's really cool. They also have a gym and a rooftop deck! It's wonderful and my only complaint is the size, but hey. it's Chicago, the apartments are small! They also allow pets which is a nice bonus.

Verified Renter Good apartment layouts, no issues with noisy neighbors as the walls/ceiling/floor are quite thick. Lazy maintenance as the elevator has been out for over a year and a half, while the current elevator can barely get you to the top floor some days. Mailmen also seem to be quite useless when delivering packages as they just kind of throw them around in the main hallway.

Verified Renter At this time, I wouldn't recommend living at Times Square Apartments to anyone. Since starting my lease on August 14th, my door was left unlocked by maintenance, I had a package stolen, I had extremely slow service regarding maintenance requests, and I have waited almost 2 weeks to receive pest control assistance after spotting bed bugs in my apartment. Verified Renter The smell in the hallways is unbearable. We pay for amenities like a rooftop, but they keep it closed at all times. Even though we have lockers for packages, they get stolen continuously because the mailmen throw them in the lobby and the management do not tell them anything. Management office does not care about improving any services. They do not get involved at all because they do not care about the well being of the community
