Really enjoyed living here! I really enjoyed my year here at Times Square. The staff and maintenance team was always extremely helpful and always very nice. If I ever had an issue, it was taken care of immediately. Buena Park is my favorite area - right by The Bar on Buena/Michael's and just a couple blocks from the lake. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood with just enough to do without being overwhelmed. Also the price cannot be beat at this place. My 1-bedroom was the perfect size and coziness for a great price. Very nice place to live! What I love the most of this building? Where it’s located. Just in front of CTA Bus, Pharmacy, groceries market and nice places around to hang out. The Building itself has a very nice staff for management and maintenance, they are always caring about our concerns and acts almost immediately to our requests, with an excellent attitude.

Great building management One of the nicest things about living here is our great building manager and the maintenance staff. They all seem to really care about us. I live in this building since 1993 and Angela is one of the best managers we had, always approachable, always a friendly smile on her face. She works very well with the maintenance staff and always follows up with me to make sure everything is done right when I need to have something fixed in my apartment.
