Dan, as always, was brilliant. He managed to create two spare keys for a lock that, theoretically, no-one stocks in UK. A clever ‘get around’ that saved me money and time.

I visited Timpsons in Tesco Carmarthen and was served by Danny. I wanted to have a Marie Curie heart engraved with my best friends name in her memory. He went above and beyond to make sure that it was all perfect and exactly as I wanted. Not only that though, he took the time to talk and empathise with me. It was a very precious heart to me and I felt like he treated it with the absolute respect it deserved. Thank you for your kindness Danny

Highly recommend and always would not just the quality of the work but the service. The employee Danny is always friendly smiling and helpful. He always gives a fair time scale. Posted on Google also. Today used for shoe repair but have used for keys in the past also.

I required a new watch strap but the width was 9mm. Hinds said that we can only those in 8 or 10mm. We went to Danny in Tesco Carmarthen, who said we only do 8 or 10 as well, but could modify 10mm. Which he did, while we waited. Friendly, professional and will support again.

Attended the Carmarthen Tesco Timoson store where Danny was most helpful in engraving and polishing my trophy. He took so much time and care and worked on in his own time (after 6pm) to get my trophy ‘gleaming and bright’.
