Dan was so patient with my watch as it needed a new winder and the watch was very old. He spotted the problem and worked out a way to fix it. It took precision concentration which not many people have. He woukd not be beaten so that was good for me as a jewler wanted to send the watch away and charge a fortune! Which I'd declined. When my son mentioned Timpson in Carmarthen Tesco I thought it was worth trying.
