Dan in Carmarthen Tesco excellent service stayed open an extra 10 mins to do keys Thanks
Business response:
Thank you, Geth. Dan's dedication at Carmarthen Tesco is appreciated. We're glad he made time to help with your keys.
Dan, as always, was brilliant. He managed to create two spare keys for a lock that, theoretically, no-one stocks in UK. A clever ‘get around’ that saved me money and time.
Business response:
We are overjoyed to hear Dan's clever solution saved you money and time, David. He truly goes above and beyond. Thank you!
I visited Timpsons in Tesco Carmarthen and was served by Danny. I wanted to have a Marie Curie heart engraved with my best friends name in her memory. He went above and beyond to make sure that it was all perfect and exactly as I wanted. Not only that though, he took the time to talk and empathise with me. It was a very precious heart to me and I felt like he treated it with the absolute respect it deserved. Thank you for your kindness Danny
Business response:
We are thrilled to hear Danny went above and beyond for you, Ginny. He treated your precious heart with the care and respect it deserved.
Arrived as he was closing, watch needed battery, yet again Danny saved the day. Thank you very much Danny.

Highly recommend and always would not just the quality of the work but the service. The employee Danny is always friendly smiling and helpful. He always gives a fair time scale. Posted on Google also. Today used for shoe repair but have used for keys in the past also.
Business response:
Your positive feedback about Danny's friendly service and fair timescales means a lot. We're glad Timpson continues to meet your needs for shoe repairs and keys.

What a lovely guy Danny is! He fixed my boots so well and hardly charged for it! Very personable and friendly. Recommended.
Business response:
We are privileged to hear this, kate. Danny's work and warmth clearly made a difference. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words!
I required a new watch strap but the width was 9mm. Hinds said that we can only those in 8 or 10mm. We went to Danny in Tesco Carmarthen, who said we only do 8 or 10 as well, but could modify 10mm. Which he did, while we waited. Friendly, professional and will support again.
Business response:
We are privileged to hear Danny delivered such great service, modifying the 10mm strap to meet your needs. We look forward to supporting you again.
