Was told twice by our saleslady April that we would be refunded our 500$ if we did not like the numbers. We decided to back out and were told in 10 weeks or so we would get a check in the mail. Never did. Scammed out of 500$ Will be making sure I leave this review in multiples (including your name). Looks like this is a common issues.
Ron Garcia is very helpful and informative. They really want to help people not over spend and understand the commitment that it takes. I would highly recommend them to anyone at anytime.
My spouse and I visited Titan homes for information, and while we received a little info, we didn't receive what we needed in order to make an informed decision about their product. The representative with whom we met seemed reluctant to answer our questions regarding available optional items used to personalize or upgrade the home basics, and instead applied pressure for us to purchase a home when we clearly stated we were not ready to do so. While the staff was overall polite and pleasant, we decided against Titan Homes.
The very wort trailer I have ever owned. It's a 2024 mistake!!! Don't make same mistake I did by buying a titan home off shield in okc

Titan factory direct treated my family like their family we love our new home the service has been perfect from beginning to end and particular Ron Garcia the general manager stepped in and made sure that we got taken care of properly I would not go anywhere else
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I bought my home in 2019 and immediately fought with them over how disorganized they were. Now in 2021 they have yet to come out and replace the things that broke during the move of my home. Every time me or my husband calls to try and get someone to come out they hang up on us. My front and back door don’t close all the way and stick most of the time, and my window in my master is still broken from transit which they insisted would all be fixed. It’s even in my contract.
