After spending a week long search for a mobile home dealer, we ran into Ron Garcia at Titan Factory Direct in Oklahoma City. He sat us down , explained to us how the finance works, and was able to get us into a land and home package for a payment we were comfortable with. No other mobile home dealer ever took the time to this, they only wanted to sell us what they wanted. And no land included.
