Very friendly staff...extremely helpful...they seem to work very hard to get you in the right home!
The visit started out great. The guy was very helpful and upbeat about finding us a house. Then he went to talk to the head guy and was only allowed to show us three houses. He didn't show us the one house that I requested to see. The houses are very nice and well put together. I was allowed to go on my own to see the houses. I was very disappointed in the experience. I had drive over two hours to visit Titan.
Kelby Valdez is a very knowledgeable employee. He was so much fun to work with . He answered questions we had & if he wasn't sure , he found the answers quickly . All the people I met were very nice . This is a great place to buy a a new home !! Very accommodating group of people.

I dropped by to look at options. Was not hassled by any "used car salesman" types. Was incredibly impressed with the quality of the homes and even more impressed when I talked to the staff inside. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

I went here just to look at a repo home I had found online. Paola was helpful knowledgeable and sweet she helped me as a new home buyer understand the process and what I could do. I would recommend coming here!

Was told twice by our saleslady April that we would be refunded our 500$ if we did not like the numbers. We decided to back out and were told in 10 weeks or so we would get a check in the mail. Never did. Scammed out of 500$ Will be making sure I leave this review in multiples (including your name). Looks like this is a common issues.
