Today I called in for help when the furnace wouldn't turn off, called the *** office, and asked ****** she could ask if **** could come to my house as soon as possible. He arrived within a half hour. My water heater needed to be replaced so I called TLC. ********* helped me out at was very courteous and professional. He went out of his was to help me out and I would highly recommend working with him and the company. Great overall experience.
