******* was excellent in resolving unanticipated complications in changing-out two old sink faucets in our main bedroom.He explained the process and how to avoid future problems with the faucets. He basically had to cut out the old plumbing because of its age and rusting in place over the years. His expertise and resourcefulness solved the problem and restored our ability to use *********. TLC is certainly not the cheapest, but I think they are the best! "You get what you pay for" holds true in this industry. I went through four or five of the cheapest (but *****-recomended) companies before a neighbor told me TLC will get it right the first time or stay on it until fixed. True! On time, knowledgeable, and professional. I won't mess with the cheapest ever again. **** did my change-over service recently and was great!

I called TLC early to get my preferred date for seasonal changeover from Evaporative Coolers to furnaces. They technicians came on time and were very professional. The change over went smoothly and we are now set for the winter.
