My husband was, of course, out of town when our gas-fired very old water heater erupted, after business hours, of course. TLC responded promptly and sent ***************************** to the rescue. He was extremely professional, proficient, and supportive. He took time to explain everything to me, was extremely patient with my panic. We now have a newly installed water heater. I was in town helping my Mom with a few issues and TLC was able to provide prompt service, flexible when we had to get the city to come and shut off the water & informative on what was needed. ******* was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with and talk to. He also found a calcified/rusted issue with the water *********** were able to get that fixed too. All around great service. Thank you!

We had the on/off water valves for our clothes washer replaced and **************, *****, did a wonderful job. Informed us before work began what worst-case-scenario would be so we could make an informed decision. Luckily, the piping was not as bad as expected and work was completed within 45 minutes. During this, ***** also observed that our old unused gas piping in the room was not up to code. The remodel crew and plumbers were all very professional. The teams worked well together. Unlike some other contractors I have used in the past the *** crew did thing the right way. They also were very good at handling problems as they came up. Thank you to the crews that worked on my project. I might add, this was a large project taking two weeks to complete. Thank you ***.

Yesterday on 3/7/23 **************************,and ******* were having to re-wire and install new fuse and breaker box that did not meet code. Their knowledge and skill levels resulted in completion of an extensive job in an efficient and very satisfactory outcome. I was so impressed with these individuals who also were very friendly and informative to me as a customer with such service needs. Kudos to these workers and your company for having such workers.. I shall use and recommend TLC in the future.
