Duct cleaning by ****. I appreciate his timeliness. He called 7:15 and said was on the way; arrived 7:30. He inspected pertinent registers, discussed process with me in clear, concise, courteous manner.He cleaned the ductwork in a workmanlike manner, tidied up debris and had the job done in two and a half hours (home is **** ft sq.)

Our bathroom remodel by TLC was completed on October 26, 2022. The two-man crew did a remarkable job from beginning to end. During the construction they were careful to protect our home by taking care of walls, carpets, tiles, wood floors, and the existing bathroom fixtures. They also took care not to disturb our two cats or disrupt our lives any more than necessary. Chico was wonderful. Explained our options for a new HVAC system and gave us a great price. Installed two large systems a week later. All work done in less than a day and it functioned perfectly. Strongly recommend.

TLC technicians, ******* and ****** came to our home to fix an outdoor spigot. They did great work. It was raining but that didnt stop them from getting straight to work and fixing the spigot beautifully. Now, we dont have to worry about freezing temperatures. While fixing the interior, ******* realized the hot water heater was sounding like the mineral calcium had built up and the heater should be replaced. We feel confident in their recommendation and are having them replace it.
