**** ***** was very polite and kind, I appreciate him being open to my questions, answering them to the best of his ability, and showing me where to place a filter, as well as bringing a filter from his van to place in my heater duct. Hopefully I will be able to contact *** again to assist with our problem swamp cooler before next summer! Thank you again.

***********************, our HVAC tech was absolutely amazing!! This is the tech you want to show up at your door! **** has been the most professional and courteous person I have interacted with at TLC. We had an AC issue during back to back 100+ degree days. We called on a Monday morning a little after 7 am, we were told someone would be out by 5 pm to address our AC issues. AC was rattling and becoming progressively louder over time. **** from TLC diagnosed the problem as a loose motor mounting bolt and a loose AC housing nut. He resolved the issues and dropped the decibel level about 15 points. Well done ****.
