TLC is the only company I call for plumbing, heating, and AC service. They have the best technicians in ALB. They always do a great job.
**** was prompt, courteous, and performed the work in an expeditious manner and my dryer problem was solved.
I had a tech come out for the ** on Sunday who correctly diagnosed the problem and turned off the system to thaw out with a promise to return the next day. I later found out I was not on the schedule for the next day, but TKC promptly sent out another tech who tested the system after it thawed and gave me the thumbs up to turn it on. Both techs were great except for the lack of scheduling by the first. I still give TLC five stars and if there were 10 stars available I would select all 10

I was well satisfied with the work repair done on the tub faucets, that needed to be repaired twice. The technician plumber explained what had to be done, showed me the problem, and explained the process that had to be done, that I could understand.
