****, with the *** water team, is outstanding. This is not the first time he has serviced or done annual maintenance of my Kinetico whole house water filtration, soft water system, and RO system. He is always on time, professional, knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and friendly. I was happy to see him return to care for my water systems, and I knew all work would be done right.
