Just bought our house & moved in. A smoke detector 12 ft up was beeping, very annoying, hard to sleep at night. The *** office took the time to find the earliest appointment time for us. ****************, the electricians, were very knowledgeable & explained our choices. I called TLC early Monday morning because of a major plumbing problem. A repair expert was at my house the same day. What a relief, I was expecting to have to wait days before TLC could send someone to my home because I know how busy they are.A second visit was required and my problem has now been solved in a very professional manner. I have used TLC multiple times and have been incredibly impressed with their knowledge and skilled work. He repaired my radiant heating system which was remaining on and not cycling properly.
