We have used TLC for multiple properties for a multitude of reasons; turning on and getting one of the properties ready for the winter season. We have elderly renters in the home and they treated them so respectfully and helped them with their needs. They are trustworthy and I appreciate that I have a dedicated specialist who I can always count on to do professional work, ************ Luckily I have never had the need to call TLC back on any work done but their guarantee is nice security.
These folks have done a LOT of work for me, from installing a new HVAC split system several years ago to small jobs like installing a new kitchen disposal unit two months ago, and just today - a new kitchen faucet. TLC is wonderful. I have been using them over two years now for basic plumbing services, a whole house re-pipe and a bathroom remodel. So now I am ready for my next project and I only called them and ****** was prompt in calling me back and scheduling the appointment. I cant wait!
