As usual, TLC provided excellent service. I recently had a heating/AC unit installed. The "lead" person, Carlos R******, and his assistant (?) Antonio, were completely professional throughout the entire process, always keeping me informed of progress. They and their team worked very hard to complete the job in a timely fashion, with little or no inconvenience for us. Thank you!

Carlos and his partner were early arriving and did a great job finding out what was going on with my furnace. They got it running which was very important as temperatures have been very cold. "They did it all in one night" Christmas Eve. They really delivered. Thanks guys. Management should be proud to have 2 really dedicated employee. Raises are in order. ES

I've become quite acquainted with TLC over past two years and their positive, professionalism service remains consistent...GREAT. Today two gentlemen did some in/outdoor repair work and within minimal time had all fixed and functioning properly. Thank you!

Shannon R****** from TLC came out on a SUNDAY to look at my leaking water heater. Although he had to get parts the next day, Shannon called me to keep me informed of the progress, twice, and showed up exactly when he said he would to fix my water heater. Shannon had excellent communication and gave great customer service. I would definitely use him again.

I specifically requested that Shannon R****** from TLC come to my home to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. I made this request because he had been the plumber sent by TLC on a prior occasion. I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. Thus, I requested him again when I called TLC a second time. Similarly, on this second visit, he was just as efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Shannon R****** from TLC came to fix or replace our toilet. This is the second time Shannon has been to our home. He replaced our water heater and softener in February. He is always friendly, professional and very informative. I will always pick TLC for our home repair needs.
