Rudy went above and beyond to get me hot water even when he didn't have time to do the work. And he then talked me through some plumbing issues that have worried me for years and found a good solution for those too. Neat, cleaned up, quality work - can't ask for better! And a wonderful person too!

Seriously the best experience I’ve had getting repairs done on my home. I found my water heater leaking and called numerous companies. TLC was the only company that could get to my house the same day. Rudy came out and was so nice and knowledgeable. I was in panic mode about the whole situation and having to replace the water heater. He explained all my options and helped me make a good decision about replacement.
