RecommendedI had a facet break in our shower to where the water was pouring out. I must have called 4-5 companies “After-Hours” and heard the same run around “well we don’t carry the parts, can’t fix tonight...... but not TLC. They were very kind and sent someone within the hour. Hugo did a wonderful job he was quick but thorough and explained everything. I very much appreciate the quality service I received.

RecommendedWe were very pleased that TLC sent out our repairman, Rob D., to come repair our reverse osmosis filter. We called TLC at almost three and we were lucky enough to have our repairman here at 4:00 pm. He was prompt and courteous and fixed the problem quickly. He was super helpful, and friendly! We will call him again if we have problems.

Service rep James Cederholm and his associate were very professional and James was extremely helpful with understanding the new cooler wireless capabilities. Highly recommend their services and the company TLC.
RecommendedJonah was very professional, he explained the entire process. In addition, he was able to show me several of the new features put in place to prevent the old problem from reoccurring. Most impressive was the upfront price quote was the price charged. Additionally, he showed me how to register my new coil to take full advantage of the warranty.
