RecommendedEverything ram like a well oil machine. They were on time, worked hard all day and got an amazing out of work done in a reasonable period of time. RecommendedThey were prompt and professional. I needed a toilet leak fixed, which they did, and they also fixed a slow draining tub that I had forgotten about. Because they asked about other leaks and drains, I remembered the tub. They also used a part for the toilet that they had not anticipated, so they did not charge me for that part, even though I offered to pay for it. Santiago was great and overall it was a very good experience. Thank you TLC!
RecommendedMichael B. and Dakota M. did a great job upgrading my electrical panel. The old meter & panel was up too high on the wall to meet city requirements and so placement of the new panel was a bit tricky, but they did it without having to do any drywall repair. They brought everything up to code, installing two grounding rods and a cold water connection, and increasing the length of the riser to the appropriate height. Everything looks great, very professional with attention to detail.

RecommendedI have done business with TLC in the past and have always had great service. This time was no different. They responded quickly when I called and fixed the immediate problem. I had to have some additional work done and they worked around my schedule to get the job completed. On the day they were scheduled to come out they had to send a different service pro than the one who originally came out.
