RecommendedOur water heater broke yesterday (3/10/18) and I spoke with Stephanie on the phone. She was sweet and helpful. Later, I got a call from Terence, the person on-call. He and James showed up at my house and immediately knew our water heater was shot. Right away Terence gave us our options and offered a bid. We agreed to have TLC do our work and Terence told us he'd get us in as soon as he was able. I called him today, 3/11/18, and he told me he could be by in the afternoon to replace our water heater. RecommendedJonah Clark was the Tech that serviced my heating issues today. Very friendly and patient. Went through many checklists to find the issue with my heater. He found the issue and was fixed in a timely manner. Would like to have Jonah service my heater and air conditioner in the future . He stated that he could work us in the same day (today). Within 30mins, we received the call that they were on their way. RecommendedWe just moved into a new place and the kitchen sink was not draining well. TLC was called and I wanted to commend the quick and efficient service Santiago Baca offered us! He called us when he was on his way and after looking at the job, he realized he needed more parts. The office was closed, so Santiago purchased the needed parts from Lowe's in order to complete the job! Thank you Santiago and TLC!!! :-)
