On Friday September 7th I left my apartment at 7:10 am to run some necessary errands. i unlocked the man door to my garage but the door handle did not open the mechanism. i was locked out of my garage! Moved in to a Townhouse under the management group of Vancouver Wa and paid a high deposit of $1800. We moved out and cleaned everything. In their move out/vacate notice paper it gives you what you need to clean and or remove. All the nails in the walls so they can paint and clean the obvious things, which we did. We had also had the toilet paper holders fixed because they kept falling off the wall. We were charged for brand new holders because they said we broke them. Our vendors provide invoices and we only charge the portion that is fair and reasonable. Very disappointed office is very profesional,but be aware to see the house of place u are moving in a day before The property I got was filty duty garage smell like a dog live there for a month without going out Carpet was duty black and stinky,spider webs,dust and dirt all over the floors,Doors with stickers on trim put together with clear tape and they consider this move in ready This had to make me pay extra days at my old place and they did' nt want to prorated any extra day while they schedule the cleaners One day after... read more
