Amanda F*** communicated effectively, kindly and sincerely with me with regards to a compliance issue we were cited for. The Management Group (TMG) is the best in the business in my opinion. I have served on homeowner boards for years and have dealt with six other management companies in this area, so I have a good basis for comparison. TMG has a wide range of specialists and a dept of service which enables them to handle resident needs. The staff consists of people who love their jobs and are dedicated to serving customer needs in a supportive and friendly fashion.

I am selling my condo and the buyer' realtor needed quite a few documents I had missed when downloading from TMG's resource center. Anna R****** could not have been more professional and helpful. Over the last three days I have called her and sent numerous emails asking for her to pull information for me. I am very pleased with the services TMG provides. There is really no comparison to the services we were receiving from our previous company to the services we are now receiving through TMG. Our manager, Bob M***** is exceptional at what he does in managing properties, we are very happy he was assigned to manage our community. The Management Group (Vancouver WA) has an awesome and friendly staff, Rob from maintenance went above and beyond to ensure our pet wasn't spooked and that our privacy wasn't invaded when entering out home and as well when performing repairs. I've rented several places in my life and never have I been treated this well.

I rented a townhome through TMG when I first re-located to Washington state back in 2013. The information and video walk through of the property they had available made it easy to see exactly what the house was like. They were professional and responsive and securing the property from out of state was a very smooth process.
