Not all management groups are created equally. I recently had a situation where I completely forgot to put through a request for replacing my roof and panicked when I thought I was out of ACR rules. I sent the request to the Camille and she made sure to get it to the right person quickly in order to make sure I was within rules. It was nice to have such quick service as well as friendly.
