I've been living in a TMG property for almost one year. During this year the company has been disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I'd had to follow up time and time again on maintenance requests, on lapses of months without garbage service (happened twice in less than one year, the longest gap was 2.5 months because TMG didn't pay the bill), and too many other issues to list here.
The process to move in was made extremely simple by TMG, there were little things throughout the apt which were damaged and did not bother me. I worked with Gabe and he made note of them so that I would not be charged when moving out, which was fine by me. Now the move out process has been a nightmare. Moving out the apt was left in excellent condition and deep cleaned but TMG is charging the deposit plus an additional $500+ for a set of forgotten dumbbells and a few water bottles in the refrigerator. I had a bad experience with the company, don’t know if it’s a general service due to company policy, but it seems very discriminatory and biased. I am an applicant who was approved at IDM which is a great management company, however my daughters father and I co parent, so we decided to continue co parenting and since he was already approved with TMG, I submitted my application to qualify for a larger (sqft) space, the relocation manager denied my application, I understand that my credit is not the best. The management staff left all my stove burners on on high, as well as my oven on, during a *** inspection of my apartment while I wasn’t home on New Years Eve. Like, walked away and closed the door with the stove glowing res all afternoon with nobody home. Fortunately, I came home early from work to discover the situation - including the kitchen cabinets that had melted from the heat. I do not recommend renting from TMG. After they agreed I was overcharged for my final utility bill, they are unwilling to simply call the utility company and resolve the issue. During my entire renting experience they were extremely slow to respond and generally unhelpful, but upon move-out, their unhelpfulness has cost me even more money.

Terrible experience with this office. No communication from staff after application filed for 7 days! Not the 48 hrs promised. Then 3 more days to be told someone applied for the house we wanted 3 hrs prior. Staff did not return calls, and when reached was told they are too busy to talk, call back next week. Completely unprofessional all around. Home owners should be warned they are losing copious amounts of revenue as homes sit empty while applications for those homes go unanswered. Horrible company to deal with. What I nightmare. Hope you never have to do the same. They will tell you one thing and do another (i.e. tell you have time to pay them then initiate suing you the next day or they were already in process and don’t stop things from going forward). Worst than the worst collection company you can imagine. Never miss a payment or you will be in trouble. If you have them for your HOA company - good luck, expect constantly rising HOA fees. In my experience customer service was rough almost rude I still rented a house thru TMG about 2 yrs later Ms Julie A******* joined this company and completely changed/elevated the customer service interaction, nice,polite,promptly responding to calls, messages, maintenance requests etc
