BEWARE! Opened, resealed, FRAUDULENT PRODUCT. I ordered this replacement toner cartridge from this seller in August, 2022 when my display began to read as "Low Toner" - yes, it took six (6) months to run out of towner. This cartridge was ALLEGEDLY purchased from "The Brother Store." Inside was a previously OPENED package that contained THIS - "LD COMPATIBLE WITH Brother TN436BK" cartridge. Newsflash: It is NOT compatible and my Brother L8360CDW will not accept this cartridge! What sort of nonsense is this?? I paid nearly $19... read more
It was broken. I took it apart because I was curious. The media could not be loaded. I should have returned it, because my printer would not recognize it, but I was too curious. Powder was solid like chunks of obsidian haha. Brand new out of the Brother factory wrapping.
"replace toner cartridge" Followed Directions and replaced cartridge and still get message "replace toner cartridge." I would expect that by paying a premium for Brother products that they would work out of the box. I had no problem replacing the color cartridges. This was the first black cartridge I had to replace and it failed.
The cartridge I paid $90 for had no ink!! The ink cartridge had no ink‼️‼️
