Too slow Price was good, performance was bad
Amazon website gave incorrect information Ordered this item based on the website telling me it was compatible with the Brother printer I have. Unfortunately it is not compatible. Bought 2 of them for roughly $160.00 and I'm having trouble trying to get ahold of someone to correct this issue.
Black bar on all printed pages (left side) They tell you to pay extra to buy Brother toner to avoid streaks and bars in printing. So I paid the extra money. Result: 1/2" black bar on every printed page. Very frustrating when I would rather spend my time being productive.
Only lasted 1 month These "high yield" toner cartridges should last at least 9 months. This one only lasted 1 month.
Garbage The print began to fade and smear despite 3/4 full and then the cartridge took a dump inside the printer. Cleanup is terrible. Waste of money and time. STAY AWAY.

Printer tonor is empty on a new package?! Hi, we just installed this in our home printer and it is empty, barely prints in a very faded light grey. We need to return and replace. Please provide instructions on how to do that through AMAZON?
Be careful... I ordered this in 2019 and didn't use it right away. When copies started smudging and no amount of cleaning I did helped, I took the printer to a repair shop. They told me cartridges virtually never leaked; however, this one did. I love the printer and this is my only complaint, but it's and 40-some dollar one, since I'd used approximately half the toner before the problem occurred. I tried to contact Brother with the number I was given but don't really have the time to wait.
