Be aware of non- compatible cartridge. For reasons I can't explain, this cartridge was not compatible my printer. Purchased another cartridge from Staples which worked as expected.
Ideas The media could not be loaded. Printer keep ask Error, Slide the green tab on drum! Do it many time, it works sometimes time than keep ask for it again
Waited a year to install and now it leaks toner on pages. I spent $100 on the name brand avoid this exact scenario. Always had good luck with brothers, never again.
No packaging ink everywhere. Thought I was buying OE Brother cartridge, instead it was a box with cartridge leaking ink everywhere.
Malfunctioned after 3 months I have purchased this toner many times but this particular one stopped working after about 3 months. Usually lasts me 9 or 10+ months. I had used only about a quarter of the toner when it started messing up with spotting and dark shading on my paper. I service my printer regularly so I not it was not the fault of my printer. Very expensive and I am disappointed & had to replace so soon.
Leaves toner dust on pages and prints too light.Terrible product. Printed well for about 100 pages then it would leave toner dust on the pages and was too late to read. Terrible product.
Brother has SERIOUS quality control issues with its toner cartridges! I had two defective genuine Brother TN-850 toner cartridges I ordered directly from Brother: they leaked toner, left toner all over the page, and created a page full of visible toner ghosting in the background of every page.
